from the seed of “cacao”. Chocolate is now become one of the most popular food
types and flavors in the world. There are different type of chocolate in the
market like black, unsweetened, and white chocolate. It has proven health
benefits in eating chocolate, it has antioxidant(flavanoids) that reduces the
formation of free radicals in our body. Dark chocolate contains a large amount
of flavanoids that helps relax blood pressure. It stimulate endhorphin
production which give the feeling of pleasure. It contain s serotonin, which
acts as an anti-depressant and contains theobromine, caffeine and other
substances which are stimulants.
